As a non-profit, community-based organization we work to ensure that everyone, regardless of disability, has the power to make life choices and achieve their dreams. Arise also provides a free early recognition screening for mental health. Once a screening is completed, ARISE can refer to appropriate agencies to help.

- P.E.A.C.E. INC is the community action agency in Ononodaga County. P.E.A.C.E. offers many programs such as emergency need funds, emergency food pantry, job literacy training and much more. There is an agency right in Baldwinsville.
