How to sign your student up for ski club:

1. Complete this Google Form to reserve one of 90 spots.
2. Once you're student is signed up, they will receive a copy of the paperwork.
3. Complete the paperwork.
4. The student will bring completed paperwork and payment  to the mandatory after-school meeting on Thursday, October 19th from 2:30 - 3:30 PM at Durgee.
