Please note weekly reports are the responsibility of the student

• Step 1: Have your student pick up a copy of the Student Weekly Report in the Counseling Office

• Step 2: You and your student can select a day each week to bring the form to his/her teachers. Some parents may prefer to have information at the beginning of the week or at the end of week.

• Step 3: Instruct your student to bring the form on the selected day to his/her teachers at the beginning of  each class.

• Step 4: Your student is responsible to bring this form back to you.
