Student Arrival

Doors will open for students to enter each day at 7:10 a.m.

Parent Drop off/Pick Up

Please refer to the following Drop off and Pick up Procedures.  It is important that these procedures are followed to help ensure the safety of all students and staff.

Morning Drop Off

We ask that parents driving their child to school pull up as close as possible to the “Student Drop Off” sign.  This will allow more cars into the drop off area and help with some of the congestion of traffic in the morning.

Afternoon Pick Up

We ask that parents do not pull up to the school or park on the side of the road to wait for your child.  This causes an issue with buses entering to pick up students.  Parents picking up their child from school need to enter using the Albert Palmer Lane entrance to campus.  Following the buses leaving the bus loop you may pick your child up at the indicated “Student Pick Up Zone”.

2024-2025 Durgee JHS Cell Phone Guidelines

As you are aware we have adopted new cell phone guidelines we will follow this school year at Durgee JHS.  I want to thank everyone who attended our two forums or gave feedback on our survey.  We are confident these new guidelines will make positive changes to our school environment.   Please take a moment and review these with our child.

2024-2025 Durgee JHS Bell Schedule

The following is the daily bell schedule students will follow during the school year.

Modified Bell Schedule (September 4-6)

For the first three days of school we will be running a modified schedule and release students 15 minutes early.  We do this each year to give students a chance to acclimate themselves to dismissal and have time to find where their bus is in the lineup.  The following is a copy of the Modified Bell Schedule.

Esports Tryouts

Baldwinsville's esports program is kicking off its 5th year of competition. The team competes virtually against other schools nationwide, and has won several championships.
